One of our senior engineers visits. Measures your space, checks your existing system, and designs something that actually fits your home and your life. Free, no pressure, detailed written quote within the week.

Installation.
Fixed date, fixed team, fixed price. Dust sheets on floors, overshoes on boots, a daily text on how the job is going. We commission every system properly and hand it over with a walk-through — not a clipboard.

Aftercare.
Annual service reminders, warranty admin handled on your behalf, and an engineer on the phone when something is wrong. The bit most installers forget is where we do our best work.
